Booking Forms
When you submit a booking request through our website, your information is collected via the WP Booking System plugin and stored in our WordPress database. This data is used solely to manage your reservation and communicate with you. We do not use booking form data for marketing purposes unless you have specifically opted in.
Contact Forms
Data submitted through contact forms is stored in our WordPress database and used only to respond to your inquiry. We use Gravity Forms to power our contact forms; see the Plugins section for more detail.

Stripe Payment Processing
All payments made through our website are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you enter payment information on our booking form, that data is transmitted directly to Stripe’s secure servers. We do not store, have access to, or retain your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our systems. Stripe may collect and retain data including:
